Tip of the week: Melanie De Biasio

Smooth, silky, bluesy, smokey: how do you like your jazz? Melanie De Biasio’s debut release was album of the week for Ireland’s Tribune after some shows there. “A Stomach is Burning” is a low-beat acoustic homage to jazz. I haven’t got the lyrics, but I can’t help loving a track where so many of them are of the “Woo-oo” variety. Check “Convictions” below.
